Do I need to contact you to confirm that my purchase of transfer has been carried out?
It is not necessary that you contact us, to confirm your purchase. This will be confirmed at the end of the booking process and you will also receive email confirmation.Will I be charged for any changes or if I wish to cancel my booking?
At mudeairporttransfers we do not charge for any amendments that you may have to your transfer. If you wish to amend we would need to be advised 48 hours before you travel and is subject to availability. You may cancel your booking at any time; however a 10 euro fee will apply.Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
Private transfers are direct; Shuttle services are shared and may stop to either pickup or drop off other passengers en route.How will I find my driver when I arrive?
Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email detailing where you will need to go.How will I know what time I will be collected when I depart?
You will need to contact our local customer services department 48 hours before you are due to depart to confirm the time of your departure. Instructions will be printed on your confirmation.What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our airport staff monitor all flights so we will know what time you will arrive.What are the costs for children and infants?
On private transfers, infants and children do count as a person as they will require the space of a seat. There is no charge for infants aged less than 2 years who are travelling on shared shuttle services, provided that they do not require their own seat.What if I'm travelling with a Wheelchair?
Please ensure that you add a wheelchair to your booking when making the reservation at the second step of the booking process.
